Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 12, 2026 · Last updated: February 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Outagely ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use www.outagely.com (the "Service").

1) Information we collect

2) What we do not intentionally collect

3) How we use information

4) Cookie and local storage choices

We use local storage to remember your cookie preference. Optional analytics scripts are loaded only when you select "Accept all." If you select "Decline non-essential," optional analytics remain disabled.

You can change your preference at any time by using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

5) Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data based on one or more legal bases, including consent (for optional analytics), legitimate interests (security and service operation), and legal obligations.

6) Data sharing

We may share data with service providers who help operate the Service (for example hosting, CDN, email/support tooling, and analytics providers), subject to contractual and technical safeguards. We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, and security.

7) Sale/share of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.

8) Data retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type and provider policy. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and reliability reporting.

9) International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on hosting and service provider infrastructure. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12) Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection for certain personal data. You may also have a right to withdraw consent for optional analytics at any time through Cookie Settings. To submit a privacy request, contact support@aibotcasey.com.

13) Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) preference. Because there is no universal DNT standard, our site does not currently respond to DNT signals.

14) Third-party links

Our pages link to third-party services (e.g., vendor status sources). We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.

15) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected prominently on this page.
